EPX50-OVERLAY is a solvent-free, moisture-insensitive, 100% solids, low-modulus epoxy urethane co-polymer overlay resin.  EPX50-OVERLAY is designed primarily for bonding skid-resistant overlays to bridges, elevated slabs and PCCP.  In addition to High Friction Surface Treatments, it is also excellent as a binder in epoxy mortars used for patching concrete.  Meets ASTM C881 (Type III. Grade 1. Class B & C.) and is AASHTO compliant.  EPX50-OVERLAY is also VOC compliant (0 g/L) and is non-regulated by the DOT for transportation within the United States.

EP75-SEAL is a highly penetrating, low-viscosity, two-component epoxy urethane healer/sealer.  EP75-SEAL is designed to prolong the life of concrete by sealing cracks against moisture and chloride ion intrusion.  Its rapid cure time allows traffic to re-open in less than six hours.  Specific applications include bridge decks, parking decks, concrete floors, roadways, airport runways/taxiways, columns & beams in splash zones, and general consolidation of porous & dusting surfaces.  EP75-SEAL is VOC compliant (<250 g/L).

EP-PATCH is ideal for high-stress applications such as bridge decks, airport runways, loading docks, warehouse floors and other concrete repair applications. In addition, it is the recommended choice for patching concrete prior to installing epoxy polymer overlays and other top coatings, since there is no hydration or shrinkage during cure. Meets ASTM C881 (Type III – Resin), FAA specification for patching item P-501.19, and is VOC compliant (0 g/L). Transportation within the United States is non-regulated by the DOT.

EP-PATCH LPL is a three-component, high performance, 100% solids, multi-purpose, non-shrink epoxy patching mortar that offers extended working time for use at higher temperatures.  EP-PATCH LPL is ideal for high-stress applications such as bridge decks, airport runways, loading docks, warehouse floors and other concrete repair applications. EP-MV is a 100% solids, two-component, high-modulus, medium-viscosity, moisture-insensitive structural epoxy adhesive designed for bonding freshly mixed concrete to hardened concrete, for bonding hardened concrete to hardened concrete and other materials, and as a binder for epoxy mortars.  EP-MV may also be used for anchoring bolts or dowels and reinforcing steel in concrete.  Excellent adhesion to most materials makes for a versatile, multi-purpose structural epoxy adhesive.  Meets ASTM C881 (Type I & II. Grade 2. Class B & C.), AASHTO M235, and is VOC compliant (0 g/L).

AWA-GEL

AWA-GEL is two-component, moisture-insensitive, all-weather, non-sag, high-modulus, epoxy hybrid anchoring gel with an extended installation range from 5°F to 104°F. This product is ideal for anchoring bolts, dowels, threaded rods, and pins into concrete, as well as for reinforcing steel in concrete. AWA-GEL may also be used to seal cracks and set injection ports prior to epoxy injection applications. AWA-GEL can be used in cooler and freezer applications or anywhere low temperature installations are required (formulated to cure at room temperatures and down to temperatures of 5°F). Meets ASTM C881-14 (Type I, II, IV*, V. Grade 3. Class A, B, C. *Class A & B only), AASHTO M235, IBC/IRC (2012, 2009 and 2006), FBC (2010 and 2014), and NSF/ANSI 61 Certified for Drinking Water System Components (Joining and Sealing).  This product is also tested to ACI 355.4 and ICC AC308.

EP-CLEARSEAL

EP-CLEARSEAL is a two-component, moisture-insensitive, self-priming, impermeable, high-gloss epoxy sealer that exhibits excellent bond strength. EP-CLEARSEAL uses a cycloaliphatic amine curing system for color retention and chemical resistance making it ideal for sealing interior and exterior concrete floors and epoxy surfaces. By effectively penetrating and bridging moving cracks, EP-CLEARSEAL creates an impermeable seal on hairline cracks. It is also ideal to use as a top dressing for epoxy grout and chock installations or for locking in aggregate on the E-Chem EP-OVERLAY system. EP-CLEARSEAL is VOC compliant (0 g/L).

EP-FLEX

EP-FLEX is a two-component, 100% solids, moisture-insensitive joint filler and crack filling material. EP-FLEX is used to fill joints in industrial floors exposed to hard wheeled traffic and to fill Epoxy Grout Expansion Joints. EP-FLEX is useful for contraction/construction joints that are cut or formed and may also be used as a crack filling material for damaged or spalled cracks. EP-FLEX is VOC compliant (0 g/L) and meets U.S.D.A. requirements for incidental food contact.
C-Clean

C-CLEAN100

C-CLEAN100 is a heavy-duty stripper and degreaser used for general cleaning and degreasing of concrete surfaces, tools and equipment. It is ideal for removal of curing compounds, acrylic sealers, and waxes from concrete, as well as removing dirt, tire marks, oil spills, grease and other contaminants. C-CLEAN100 can also be used for cleaning uncured epoxies from tools, equipment and other surfaces.  C-CLEAN100 is biodegradable, non-carcinogenic, and non-mutagenic, while being approved as an inert ingredient by the EPA and approved for use in food contact applications by the FDA, as well as being recognized GRAS.

XD-CURE

XD-CURE is a clear, odorless, water-based concrete curing compound that is formulated to ensure proper concrete strength development, help prevent shrinkage cracks, and leave a bondable surface for further coatings, treatments or flooring materials. This ready-to-use, non-staining, membrane-forming cure is spray-applied on freshly placed concrete to help control moisture retention for proper cement hydration during the critical curing period. XD-CURE is approved for Drinking Water System Components (NSF-61), VOC compliant (0 g/L), and is non-regulated by the DOT for transportation within the United States. May contribute to LEED credits.

HFP 1:1

HFP 1:1 is a moisture-insensitive, low-modulus, two-component high friction surface polymer designed for binding High Friction Surfacing Aggregates to asphalt and concrete on grade and elevated surfaces. HFP 1:1 is formulated with higher tensile elongation to allow for non-linear expansion and contraction along with superior retention of aggregates. Specific applications include asphalt roadways, bridge decks, roadway departure areas, horizontal curves, stop zones/intersections, high grade roadways and parking structures. Tested to AASHTO PP79 standards for HFST and non-regulated by the DOT for transportation within the United States.
