Transil® 244(+)

Transil® 244(+) is a premium Nano-Lithium® hardener, densifier, and hydrophobic sealer ideal for protecting concrete and masonry surfaces against damage from freeze-thaw cycles, moisture, and chloride ion intrusion.

APPLICATIONS: Transil® 244(+) is designed to prolong the life of concrete by sealing cracks against moisture and chloride ion intrusion.

Specific applications include: • Bridge decks • Parking decks • Concrete floors • Roadways • Airport runways/taxiways • Columns & beams in splash zones • Consolidation of porous & dusting surfaces

Transil® Bond (OG)

Transil® Bond (OG) is a clear, penetrating, pre-treatment for concrete slabs on grade that require subsequent epoxy coatings as a wear course overlay system. It enhances the bond strength of subsequent coatings on elevated slabs and bridge decks.

ADVANTAGES • Non-soluble / Non-expansive STRiON bond will not absorb moisture-a characteristic critical for scale resistance. • UV stable, will not flake or peel. • Chemically reacts with concrete to produce insoluble calcium silicate hydrate making it harder and less permeable. Reduces dusting for cleaner and safer environments. • Easy one coat application. No water wash required. • Can be applied on freshly placed, new or existing pavement surfaces.

Transil® SXT

Sealer, Hardener, and Densifier

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Transil® SXT is a clear, penetrating, breathable, surface-applied liquid
treatment that strengthens, protects, and hardens concrete pavements
extending the service life up to 35%. The high-performance treatment
maximizes the durability and longevity of tined, diamond ground, grooved,
milled, shot-blasted, and/or re-textured surfaces making them less prone to
rutting and early wear. Proven wear reduction at rates greater than 30%.

APPLICATIONS

For use on concrete pavements for highways, bridge decks, parking decks and
airport runways, as a pavement preservation treatment designed to enhance
wear resistance of concrete surfaces.

ADVANTAGES

• Reactive lithium chemistry provides very low sodium and potassium
elements (only trace amounts– lowest in the industry) promoting
enhanced bonding with calcium hydroxide to form insoluble bonding.
• The molecular size of lithium provides for deeper penetration and more
permanent protection enhanced abrasion resistance and durability.
• UV stable, will not flake or peel.
• Chemically reacts with concrete to produce insoluble calcium silicate
hydrate making it harder and less permeable. Reduces dusting for
cleaner and safer environments.

• Curing compounds can be applied on top of treated surfaces to provide

known to contribute to surface crazing, efflorescence, and surface ASR).
• Water-based, contains no solvents, Low VOC content, < 50g/L.
• Extends the life expectancy, and integrity of the pavement enhancing
surface durability.

Transil® SXT(+)

DESCRIPTION

TRANSIL® SXT(+) is a clear, penetrating, breathable, surface-applied liquid
treatment which strengthens, protects and hardens concrete pavements
in cold weather climates subjected to freeze-thaw cycling, studded tires,
chains, snow plows, and deicers. The high performance treatment maximizes
durability and longevity of tined, diamond ground, grooved, milled, shotblasted, and/or re-textured surfaces making them less prone to rutting and
early wear. Reduces and mitigates alkali silica reaction and spalling at the
surface of exposed concrete.

ADVANTAGES

• Reactive lithium and lithium acetate chemistry provides very low sodium
and potassium elements ( only trace amounts– lowest in the industry)
promoting enhanced bonding with calcium hydroxide to form insoluble
bonding.
• Molecular size of lithium provides for deeper penetration and more
permanent protection enhanced abrasion resistance and durability.
• Non-soluble / Non-expansive lithium bond will not absorb moisture-a
